We run everything from wedding childcare to large event activations and kids clubs, and we''re looking for someone to lead this space with confidence, organisation, and care.This role is perfect for a go-getter who is sales-minded, highly organised, a natural planner, and loves delivering unforgettable experiences. You''ll manage the full end-to-end of our wedding and event services, from enquiry through to pack-up, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.About the RoleYou''ll be responsible for sales, event planning, coordination, and team rostering for all weddings and events. You''ll work closely with our marketing and bookings teams to keep everything aligned and flowing. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that blends sales, operations, and creativity.Key ResponsibilitiesSales and GrowthRespond to all wedding and event enquiries within 24 business hoursProvide accurate quotes and follow up within 24 hoursMake weekly sales calls to venues, suppliers, and event organisersBuild and maintain strong relationships with venues and referral partnersAttend and organise open days, expos, and supplier meetingsUpdate and manage leads and workflowsEvent Planning and CoordinationCreate and maintain a master calendar for all weddings and eventsManage bookings for our Fun Aunties and Party Palace setupsCoordinate logistics including run sheets, equipment, and team communicationEnsure all event equipment is clean, stocked, and ready to goDevelop new ideas to elevate the event experienceOversee on-site setup and pack down when requiredWork closely with the onsite team to ensure events are smooth, safe, and funTeam and AdminRoster and brief event sitters with clear, organised instructionsSupport sitter training and ensure procedures are followedRaise invoices and ensure payments are finalised prior to eventsAssist with face painting and event add-on bookingsThis Role Is For You IfYou enjoy sales and relationship building, not just adminYou''re confident speaking with families, venues, and corporate clientsYou follow up properly and don''t let leads slip through the cracksYou like owning a process from start to finishYou''re organised, proactive, and calm under pressureYou can balance big-picture thinking with handson coordinationWhy Join Coastal BabysittersYou''ll step into a role with real ownership, clear expectations, and a supportive team behind you.
