OverviewThe Equipment And Service (EQS) team is a dynamic environment responsible for warehousing, setup, delivery and service of CCEP''s equipment for valued customers. This includes warehouse and workshop operations, installation of equipment, servicing and auditing equipment out in the field. Our EQS team helps ensure customers can enjoy iconic beverages.About Your New RoleLocation: BrisbaneWork hours: 8am to 4pm (with the opportunity to align your schedule with customer needs)Mon-FriTools of the trade provided: Service Vehicle, iPhone and iPadAs our new Cold Drinks Technician reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will help deliver a quality beverage to consumers by responding to preventive maintenance and breakdowns of hot and cold beverage equipment located at customer sites such as Hungry Jacks, Subway and various bars and hotels throughout Brisbane.You will be a confident, friendly team member with excellent written and verbal communication, as customer facing is at the heart of this role. You will be exposed to several different environments, and no two days are the same. A passion for customer service, high attention to detail, and a drive to contribute to KPI achievement within the Equipment & Services department and the business are essential.Typical Day (illustrative)Servicing equipment to the highest standards, including preventative maintenance and quality assurance work.Ensuring refurbishment is completed efficiently using appropriate parts to repair equipment.Conducting parts and asset stocktakes and cycle counts as scheduled.Following standard work procedures and accurately accounting for time with Time & Attendance systems (e.g., Kronos).Maintaining and developing technical skills through training, development and assessment programs.You''ll join an established, collaborative and supportive team, with full training, a service vehicle, and an iPhone/iPad provided.
