HR Advisor, Supply ChainColgate-PalmoliveLocation: Villawood, New South Wales, AustraliaJob Number #170696Contract: 12 monthsNo Relocation Assistance OfferedOverviewThe Human Resources Advisor will provide comprehensive HR support to the Villawood manufacturing plant, acting as a trusted advisor to managers, team leaders and employees. The role will lead and coordinate HR processes and initiatives including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee & industrial relations, payroll, employee engagement, training & development, rewards & recognition, communication strategies, diversity, equity & inclusion, and wellness initiatives.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the internal Talent Acquisition team to lead Supply Chain recruitment, from interviewing to onboarding.Advise Recruiting Managers on recruitment processes, best practices and support as needed.Manage endtoend recruitment for Manufacturing Team Members (machine operators).Develop and facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees.Review compensation offers.Provide advice, guidance and coaching to leaders on performance management, employment relations, industrial relations, HR policies, procedures and processes.Manage ER issues including investigations, disciplinary meetings, and escalations where appropriate.Interpret enterprise agreements and advise employees and leaders.Process weekly Operator payroll exceptions, including leave and overtime in ADP.Prepare weekly and ad hoc payroll reports.Support HRBP with execution of HR initiatives such as DE&I, talent management, employee development, SHAPE, etc.Manage employee benefits, including product parcel coordination and annual celebrations.Coordinate monthly HR reporting: absenteeism, headcount, working hours.Maintain accurate employee records and support digitisation.Support preparation of WGEA reporting for C-P Australia.Support Live Better wellbeing program and develop engagement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.Strong knowledge of employment law regulations and experience working in a unionised workforce.Proven experience supporting performance management and employment relations matters.Proactive selfstarter with strong initiative.Strong written and verbal communication skills.PreferredExperience as an HR Advisor, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Experience with Google Suite.SuccessFactors system experience.Our Commitment to InclusionWe develop strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.Equal Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.
