You''ll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence, managing bids, and supporting integrated marketing strategies that showcase the excellence of our architectural practice.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing FocusDeliver marketing strategy initiatives and integrated campaigns across social media, direct marketing, and eventsCreate and manage social media content, corporate website updates, and EDM campaigns, using performance data to optimise reachProduce marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines, including project profiles and capability statementsDraft engaging narratives for projects, staff CVs, and other marketing contentCoordinate photography and digital asset management to enhance visual communicationsSupport the evolution of our website and CRM systems (Monday.com)Bid CoordinationPrepare and deliver high-quality submissions, tenders, and fee proposals using Adobe InDesign and PandaDocMaintain the Opportunities Register and monitor tender portalsContinuously improve templates and proposal collateral, ensuring consistency and innovationCollaborate with internal teams to deliver timely, accurate, and visually compelling bid documentsWhat You''ll BringQualification/Experience in marketing, communications, or a related fieldStrong communication and presentation skills, with exceptional attention to detailProficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and digital marketing platformsExperience in bid/tender coordination and marketing support (5+ years preferred)Familiarity with CRM tools (Monday.com) and proposal software (PandaDoc)A collaborative mindset and commitment to design excellenceWhy Join UsAt Cottee Parker Architects, we value creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
