OverviewYou will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of both the Facilities Management and Planning/Scheduling functions at Callide Power Station.You will ensure that facilities and maintenance planning activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with CS Energy''s operational goals and compliance requirements.This position plays a critical role in optimising site productivity, minimising downtime, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services through effective contractor management, planning oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesLead and integrate the Facilities Management and Planning/Scheduling teams to deliver cohesive and high-performing support services.Oversee and prioritise facilities management work across the site, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.Manage specialist contractor activities to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective service delivery.Collaborate with Procurement to manage operational budgets and supplier negotiations.Assist the Planning Supervisor to lead the planning and scheduling team to ensure maintenance work is planned and executed on time and within budget.Monitor and report on key metrics related to work management health, backlog reduction, and forward planning.Ensure consistent planning practices and workflows across site, promoting shared learnings and continuous improvement.Work closely with the Manager Maintenance and Maintenance Supervisors and other site supervisors to align priorities and share resources.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets operational needs.This is a permanent, full time position at Callide Power Station.About YouTo be successful in this position, you will:Trade certificate or other relevant qualification (e.g. associate diploma or degree).Minimum 5 years'' experience in a similar role managing and resourcing a Planning, Scheduling or Facilities teamSound knowledge of SAP''s maintenance and procurement modules desirableSound knowledge of the Prometheus scheduling tool desirablePower industry experience would be advantageousExperience with TRIM or other document management systemSound understanding of Power Station plant and knowledge of its operationGood understanding of the various functions within the power stationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem solving and people skillsExperience in commercial negotiationsProven ability to achieve results in a cross-functional environmentA sound understanding and demonstrated application of asset management and commercial and business drivers as they relate to facilities managementKnowledge of facilities management, and specialist contract works managementWhat''s in it for you?Housing Benefits salary sacrifice options for both owner and rental arrangementsFull relocation assistance12 weeks temporary accommodationHoliday Travel Scheme up to 3,134 per annum.
