You''ll coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, manage service requests, support contractor compliance, and help maintain high service standards.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and problemsolving and wants to build a strong foundation in facilities management.Key ResponsibilitiesService Request & Operations Centre SupportLog, track, and follow up on service requests via system, phone, email, and online channelsEnsure requests are classified, processed, and closed within required response timesKeep requestors updated and escalate issues when neededSupport escalation and notification processesPlanned Maintenance CoordinationAssist in preparing and updating the Planned Maintenance Schedule (PMS)Issue monthly work orders and PM reportsTrack overdue or incomplete PPM tasksUpload and archive service reports, quotes, and documentationSupport invoice processing and reportingReactive Maintenance CoordinationCoordinate contractor attendance for reactive and priority maintenanceEnsure correct assignment and escalation of service requestsUpload and archive service reportsSupport weekly monitoring and reportingAssist with quarterly reactive maintenance review meetingsContractor & Compliance SupportAssist in monitoring contractor performance and complianceMaintain electronic records of contracts and compliance documentationValidate purchase orders and support compliance registersReport noncompliance and support audit activitiesQuality Assurance & ReportingSupport quality control processes and maintain QA recordsAssist in monitoring KPIs and service delivery standardsPrepare documentation for supplier meetings and client reviewsSupport monthly and quarterly reporting requirementsWhat You Bring2-4 years'' experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, or contract administrationStrong organisational and communication skillsExperience with maintenance systems and work order processesAbility to manage competing priorities and build strong stakeholder relationshipsA proactive mindset and willingness to learnWe''re committed to providing work-life balance for our people in an inclusive, rewarding environment.
