Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a pivotal senior role focused on delivering firmwide initiatives that enhance engagement, culture and capability across the firm.The OpportunityIn this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and key enabling teams to deliver contemporary employee experience initiatives aligned to the firm''s brand promise of Making business Personal.
