If you believe retail should be inspiring, purposeful, and fun this is your moment.About the RoleAs a key team member in our trailblazing concept store, you won''t just be working retail you''ll be delivering professional instore makeup services and curating a oneofakind customer experience.This hybrid role blends handson beauty therapy with premium retail one moment you''ll be delivering a glowing facial, the next, helping a customer find their perfect foundation match. Every interaction is an opportunity to delight and empower.You''ll need to be available for 34 shifts a week with a mix of weekday and a mandatory Saturday or Sunday shifts, with availability over peak retail periods such as public holidays and the leadup to Christmas. You must be comfortable being in front of the camera as you will be involved in social media content, photoshoots, campaigns and launches.Role & ResponsibilitiesDeliver expert, personalised facial treatments in a professional, welcoming environmentProvide beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to help customers feel confident and cared forMaintain high clinical and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with infection control and public health regulationsSupport and assist with instore activations, service appointments, and brand eventsStep onto the retail floor to engage customers, assist with product demos, and ensure visual merchandising excellenceContribute to a collaborative team environment that values authenticity, initiative, and continuous learningAct as a passionate brand ambassador, bringing the Beauty_Bar experience to life every daySkills & Experience RequiredQualification in Make Up Artistry (required)Minimum 2years proven experience performing professional facial treatments in a retail or salon/spa environment - Portfolio/SocialsStrong understanding of infection control protocols, hygiene practices, and public health regulationsPrior experience in retail, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or wellness sectorWarm, confident communicator who thrives in a fastpaced, servicedriven environmentProfessional personal presentation and genuine passion for beauty and wellnessBenefits & perksAt DBG Health, we offer more than just a job - we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
