Reporting to our Brisbane office, you will be the trusted expert helping customers succeed across Eastern Australia, APAC and beyond.Work with Deswik''s highly regarded short term mine planning solution, Deswik.OPS, travelling extensively across multiple customers, commodities, mine types and operationsSupport our customers during software implementations, providing technical expertise, customised software configurations and training solutions.Implementations include elements of short-term mine planning, shift scheduling, dispatching, data collection & reporting.Participate in the sales process, scoping and building customised configurations, identifying project risks and change management issues.Draw on your underground operational experience to act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying needs and architecting effective solutions.Work alongside highly experienced engineers, geologists and software professionalsProvide input into software improvements and assist with scoping and testing new features.Why You''ll Love It HereYour work will matter.
