You will assist in the optimisation and integration of an end-to-end catering delivery service.As a Customer Delivery SupervisorAV IATION SUPPORT BUSINESS OF THE YEAR 2025AUSTRALASIA''s AIRLINE CATERER OF THE YEAR 2025We are seeking a hands-on leader with experience in a similar role to join our Airport Team in Melbourne as a Customer Delivery Supervisor on a permanent full-time basis.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Manager, Customer Delivery Manager with running the departmentManage operational shifts from day to day, and in the absence of the ManagerSupervise Drivers team, ensuring best performance and standards of deliveryCoordinate day to day activities associated with labour activities and aircraft movements, to achieve accurate operational KPI''sDrive collaboration through systems and processes with internal and external customers to avert delays and ensuring service level agreements are metUndertake all possible actions to prevent delays and ensure compliance.
