We are committed to providing high-quality and efficient services to their clients, ensuring their equipment and machinery are running at optimal performance.Job Overview:We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance / Mechanical Technician to join their team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on a variety of equipment and machinery, ensuring their proper functioning and minimizing downtime.Key Responsibilities:Perform regular maintenance and repair work on equipment and machinery, including troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and making necessary repairsConduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactivelyKeep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performedCollaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projectsComply with all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance workCommunicate with clients to understand their maintenance needs and provide solutions accordinglyStay updated with industry developments and advancements to improve maintenance processes and techniquesAssist in training and mentoring junior technicians as neededRequired Qualification & Work Experience:Must have Trades Qualification and;At least 3 years recent and relevant experience on heavy machinery, farm machinery, feed mill operation, farm maintenance, or diesel mechanic.Other Skills:Ability to work with a team and/or independently with less supervisionWith a good English test score is an advantage (minimum PTE score 36 or IELTS 5.0)Work experience in petrol and diesel is a good advantageHow to Apply:If you think you have the above qualities, are looking for a new challenge, and believe you have what it takes to drive a team to succeed consistently, please forward your resume, along with a cover letter, by clicking on the apply button below.
