You''ll own the entire leasing process across our Greater Brisbane portfolio from first enquiry to lease signing making tenants feel welcome and landlords feel confident.DaytoDay ResponsibilitiesManage leasing duties from enquiry through to signed lease.Run open homes and greet prospective tenants like they''re already part of the community.Conduct routine inspections with care and compliance, and respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.Prepare and manage lease agreements with accuracy and efficiency.Partner with our Property Managers to deliver a seamless experience for tenants and landlords.Balance your schedule to keep inspections timely and admin on track.Most of your week will be spent out on the road, but you''ll also have the flexibility of working from your home office for the admin side of the role.
