Join us and be a part of DSV''s global family.DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate VAL Operator Specialist, Air & Sea in Sydney.The Specialist is responsible for managing both specialized white glove delivery services for hightech and sensitive commodities and core warehouse logistics operations. This includes overseeing compliance with SOPs, KPIs, and QHSE standards, while ensuring smooth inbound, outbound, inventory, and trucking coordination. The role combines strategic oversight with operational execution, bridging field supervision, stakeholder engagement, and administrative excellence.Typical day at DSVOversee white glove deliveries, ensuring SOP/KPI and QHSE compliance.Manage warehouse operations: inbound, outbound, inventory, and trucking.Guide coordinators and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.Act as the main contact for clients, site staff, and providers.Prepare and audit operational documents and incident records.Drive process improvements and mentor team members.About youSolid experience in logistics, managing delivery, and warehouse operationsideally with hightech or sensitive goods.Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and compliance frameworks.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.Skilled in stakeholder engagement, customer service, and issue resolution.Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on documentation accuracy and process improvement.Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to problemsolving and continuous improvement.Why DSV?Working at DSV means playing in a different league.
