OverviewReporting to the DNAP Operations Training Manager, the Trainer Assessor will play a pivotal role in planning, developing, delivering, assessing, and monitoring technical training for our operations, looking after our Coal Operations. This position is not only about training but also about building lasting relationships and influencing stakeholders to achieve mutual success.ResponsibilitiesSupport the DNAP business by fostering the growth and development of our people to help them reach their full professional potential.Identify training needs for both employees and contractors by leveraging the Learning Management system, site operational requirements, legislative changes, new starter data, and improvement projects.Share expertise in operations and asset care requirements, ensuring the adoption of industry best practices, and ensuring that all employees and contractors are trained and assessed against these strategies.Conduct accredited, internal, and customer training across a range of programs, aligning with industry competency standards, DNAP Explosives Management Systems, on-site resources, and business requirements.You''ll be able to skilfully manage workloads and conflicting deadlines, and demonstrate proficiency in training within the surface space.About YouCertificate IV in Training and AssessmentExperienced in Support shotfiring activitiesCurrent experience as a MPU OperatorHeavy Rigid Drivers Licence, Forklift, QSECDangerous Goods Drivers Licence (advantageous)Competent facilitator with demonstrated skills and experience to engage learners through varied learning strategies and methods.Knowledge of relevant operational regulatory and legislative requirements.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent planning and prioritisation.Join us and be a part of our explosive Training Team.
