We are looking for someone who is passionate about contributing towards initiatives and projects aimed at supporting children to thrive in their first 5 years of life.As a member of the Sector & Community Readiness team, you will help shape initiatives and work on projects that prepare our communities and the sector for the journey ahead. Ensuring they have the best opportunity to embrace initiatives and achieve outcomes.About the RoleIn this role you will partner with project teams across the Early Childhood Outcomes (ECO) Division to understand and support sector and community readiness.Your duties will include but are not limited to :Working with stakeholders across ECO to support project-specific work that informs policy decision-makingSupporting with stakeholder engagement activities to understand issues and opportunities facing the ECEC sector and communitiesSupporting the team to draft stakeholder engagement materials for planning and schedulingWorking with project teams to analyse qualitative and quantitative findings of sector engagementSupporting the team with drafting reports and presentationsAbout youWe''re looking for passionate and driven team players from all walks of life from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors to join a forward-thinking team committed to delivering early childhood outcomes.
