This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in MedTech Kit Rooms, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-precision environment. The position is full-time (5 days per week) and includes on-call responsibilities when required.We''re looking for someone who:Has proven experience in MedTech loan kit operations, preferably within a Kit Room environmentPossesses exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in kit preparation and inventory managementThrives in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work autonomouslyExcels in time management and multitasking, balancing competing priorities effectivelyResponsibilitiesPacking, dispatching, and tracking surgical loan kits and implants for hospitals and specialist roomsReceiving, inspecting, and restocking returned kits to maintain optimal inventory levelsCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet surgeon and sales representative requirementsManaging implant inventory for hospital consignment locations, ensuring availability for critical proceduresAccurately transacting all products in the ERP system, following standard operating proceduresThis role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to life-changing surgical procedures by ensuring healthcare professionals have the right tools at the right time.
