We have a great opportunity for an experienced HSET Advisor to join Emeco''s team, based in the Goldfields.As a key member of our site-based leadership team, this role will be responsible for working in consultation and collaboration with the Project Managers to provide expertise and advice and to ensure our Health, Safety, Environment and Training Management Systems are effective and compliant to company, client and regulatory requirementsThe Perks:8/6 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie and surrounding areasDay shift only enjoy work-life balanceAttractive and competitive remuneration packageExcellent opportunity to join a supportive team in a role that offers autonomy and ownershipFortnightly pay cyclePermanent full-time positionSalary sacrifice options available for superannuationWhat your day would look like:Assist with on-going implementation and compliance to safety and training management systemsDevelop, coordinate and deliver HSET Training programs to the workforce and management including, site inductions and any other required site-based training including verification of competenciesActively support the development and maintenance of sites Health, Safety, Environment and Training Management SystemEducate and embed the organisational policies, processes, systems, and procedures in support of the national HSET strategy and Emeco Health, Safety, Environment and Training Management SystemProvide regular analysis and reporting of metrics to the business to communicate progress against HSET plans and keyobjectivesLead incident investigations with site management to ensure root causes and corrective actions are identified, implemented and closed out within the agreed time frameMonitor and manage the health, safety, environment and training management system Viking (MYOSH) to your delegated authority level accuratelyConduct regular workplace inspections and audits to monitor compliance ensuring any non-conformances or improvement opportunities identified are reviewed and actions implementedAssisting the Injury Management coordinator with injured workers and the return-to-work coordinationWhat we''ll need from you:Current Australian Drivers LicenceMinimum Cert IV in Work Health and SafetyCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)ICAM Lead Investigator experience (desirable)High level knowledge and experience in Health, Safety, Environment and TrainingIn-depth knowledge and understanding of current legislative requirements and the ability to effectively apply these in the workplace.Previous experience in a similar role working in the mining / resource industryAbility to work autonomously and manage deadlinesAdaptable to changePrevious experience in heavy mobile equipment operations (desirable)Apply now to join the Emeco team and be part of our continued success.Shortlisting will begin immediately, hit ''Apply Now'' or email a copy of your CV and any supporting documents toAngelica Lumsden directly [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
