You will oversee all phases of project delivery, from predesign to postconstruction, ensuring quality, cost control, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role also involves mentoring project teams, coordinating contractors and consultants, and driving compliance and reporting across regional operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the delivery of capital works projects across multiple programsOversee all aspects of project implementation including design, documentation, and contract administrationManage and mentor project staff to ensure high performance and quality assuranceMonitor project performance, control variances, and support financial reporting and billing processesEngage with stakeholders, clients, and contractors to deliver value-for-money outcomesProvide contract coordination and act as Superintendent or Principal''s Representative as requiredAbout YouIf you have a strong background in clientside project management within the building construction/upgrades space, we want to hear from you!QualificationsProven experience in client-side building and construction project management (essential)Experience in Correctional or Defence projects (highly regarded)Relevant tertiary qualifications or certifications (e.g. Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying) are desirableStrong leadership and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and teams across SEQQueensland Class C Open Driver''s Licence (mandatory)ApplyApply below to be considered for this opportunity.
