Your work will help ensure statutory obligations are met while strengthening financial governance and transparency.Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will support month-end, budgeting, forecasting and audit activities, while helping improve systems, processes and the quality of financial insights. Through your attention to detail and collaborative approach, you will contribute to Endeavour Foundation''s long-term financial sustainability and purpose.Key duties of this role are to:Deliver month, quarter and year-end financial close activities.Process prepayments, accruals, payroll and leave provision journals.Reconcile balance sheet and intercompany accounts.Maintain fixed asset and lease registersli>Support group consolidated reporting and forecasting.Contribute to budgets, audits, BAS, FBT and ABS reporting.Improve systems, processes and accounting procedures.What you can bring to the teamTo succeed in this role, you will have:CPA or CA qualification.Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Business or similar.5+ years'' Financial Accounting experience.Experience in a large, complex organisation.Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards.Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.Experience using accounting systems (e.g. Dynamics 365).Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.You will be required to undertake a Fit2Work National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.At Endeavour we offer a range of employee benefits including:Salary Packaging Benefits!
