OverviewHome Site Supervisor Lawnton | $38.85/hr + salary sacrificing. Dementia and complex behaviour experience required to support clients in SIL homes. Lead staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure person-centred care and accurate documentation.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the financial performance of the home service site through effective management of operating expenditure in line with budget.Ensuring team member awareness of each individual client''s requirements.Providing support that aligns to the person''s plans, goals and any other requirements, including but not limited to all aspects of personal hygiene and living skills to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment is provided.Delivering and encouraging others in the accurate documentation of all activities to ensure an accurate audit trail and maintenance of progress notes.What You Can Bring To The TeamA Certificate III/ Diploma in Individual Support will be highly regardedHold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), First Aid, CPR, National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Drivers Licence with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.Experience in the Disability and Aged Care sector, including supporting individuals with complex behaviours and living with dementia, is essential. Relevant qualifications in this field will be highly regarded.Experience supervising site operations and delivering services aligned with organisational policies and procedures.Problem solving skills, to successfully identify problems, develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach.BenefitsSalary Packaging Benefits!
