OverviewEndeavour Foundation Business Solutions seeks a dynamic Employment Coach to champion person-centred practices and contemporary disability service provision. Based in Wacol, we produce high-quality products and services while delivering inclusive employment experiences. Become part of a thriving team of friendly, supportive employees who love contributing to the community and having fun while they''re at it.In this role, you''ll mentor and motivate the supported employees working in production to feel supported and cared for in their day-to-day environment, and you''ll collaborate with a small group to apply safeguarding and positive behaviour strategies to mentor and coach the employees.
