This role is responsible for driving the development of strategic plans and key projects across the Group and its various business units. The focus will be on identifying and targeting areas that offer the highest potential for profitable growth or represent the most significant business challenges. This work is distinct from ''Business As Usual'' (BAU) operations, requiring dedicated resources to accelerate strategic thinking and delivery.As the Head of Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the Group strategy, leading a high-performing team of strategy professionals. This role involves extensive collaboration with employees and leaders across the business. You will report directly to the GM of Strategy and join an experienced team focused on resolving the company''s most critical commercial and strategic challenges.
