Based in Australia, the Events Specialist plays a key role in bringing these experiences to life - supporting the planning, coordination, and seamless delivery of our growing events portfolio. Reporting to the Events & Experience Manager ANZ, you''ll balance behind-the-scenes organisation with on-the-ground execution, ensuring every event reflects Entain''s commitment to excellence and energy.A Day in the LifeThis role supports the delivery of premium customer events and hospitality experiences across ANZ, working closely with the Events team, internal stakeholders, and external partners. No two days are the same - one day you may be coordinating logistics and ticketing for upcoming events, the next you''re onsite ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the planning and delivery of customer events and hospitality from concept to completion across ANZ.Manage cloud-based ticketing systems to support event administration and ticket fulfilment.Liaise with suppliers, venues, caterers, talent, and contractors to confirm bookings and logistics.Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers and event partners.Oversee onsite event operations, acting as a key point of contact to ensure hospitality, branding, and customer experience standards are met.Maintain accurate records of event logistics, budgets, inventory, and postevent reporting.Represent Entain''s brands with professionalism, energy, and confidence at all customer touchpoints.Collaborate with internal stakeholders across AU and NZ to align and deliver customer functions and events.Support postevent reviews and success metrics while ensuring compliance with company policies.Your StrengthsHighly organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail.Confident and professional communicator who builds trusted relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.Proactive and adaptable, staying composed in fastpaced, highpressure environments.Wellpresented and personable, representing the Entain brand with confidence and pride.Techsavvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using event and ticketing software.Teamfirst mindset with a growth attitude, eager to learn and develop broader event management skills.Life at EntainAt Entain, it''s more than a job you''ll find growth, connection, and a culture where every voice counts, giving you the freedom to make an impact and thrive in a team that values individuality and collaboration.
