Our client is looking for someone who can bridge the gap between complex diagnostic technology and the workshops that depend on it.In this role you''ll be the technical expert who actively and conscientiously supports their merchant branch network (Repco, NAPA, specialist tool stores, etc.) and their workshop customers by demonstrating products, troubleshooting issues, building relationships, and ensuring clients get maximum value from their investment in diagnostic tools and technical equipment, with a particular focus on heavy-duty truck diagnostic tools.Think of it as being a technical ambassador or evangelist: someone who genuinely understands the workshop floor, speaks the language of mechanics and technicians, and has the proactive attitude to reach out, educate, and support.
