We pride ourselves on creating exceptional living spaces and providing a seamless experience for our clients from launch to settlement.About the RoleWe''re looking for an energetic and adaptable Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is a newly created hands-on role for a passionate marketing graduate or early career marketeer looking to grow their skills - You''ll work directly with the Marketing Director to support marketing campaigns, digital listings, social media, digital content creation, coordinate events and client engagement across multiple projects. You''ll also provide occasional sales support and assist with display suite coordination to ensure our brand experience is second to none.If you''re passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and excited by property, this is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career with mentorship, coaching, and exposure to every phase of the development lifecycle.What you''ll doCoordinate marketing campaigns for residential developments and internal social media campaigns.Manage digital listings on platforms like Domain and REA and other third party portals.Create and schedule social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X.Assist with EDMs, brochures, signage, and event coordination.Create content and creative material through Canva for internal use; support CRM updates, reporting, and lead tracking.Help maintain display suites to premium standards.Provide occasional sales support and office assistance.About youYou are degree qualified (any discipline) or have relevant work experience (up to 3 years) in a similar role.You''ll be a strong communicator, you enjoy engaging with stakeholders, and have a positive, can-do attitude.You enjoy organising and coordinating multiple tasks, and you''re eager to learn as you go.You are proactive, helpful and adaptable, you''re happy to support sales or office tasks when needed.You are familiar with and have had exposure to social media platforms and digital marketing tools, (you don''t need to be an expert).Experience in real estate or property development is helpful but not essential.Our team is supportive and collaborative, we take great pride in delivering luxury projectsExposure to all aspects of the business and the end-to-end property development cycle.You will receive mentoring, coaching and hands-on training to build your marketing skillsWe offer a modern, beautifully designed office environment.This newly created role suits someone who is fresh out of Uni and excited about launching their marketing career, or equally if you have 13 years'' experience in marketing, real estate, or property development, this is your chance to learn and progress in a boutique environment.Ready to apply?If this role sounds like you, please apply by providing a covering letter specifically addressing the selection criteria together with your CV.Please direct any questions you may have to [email protected]#J-18808-Ljbffr
