This role is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and leading highperforming teams in a fastpaced entertainment environment.You''ll be responsible for the daytoday management of the department while championing our People Brand, ELEVATE, and contributing to business transformation, asset performance, and revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & ComplianceOversee daily food and beverage operations in line with company policies, procedures, and legal requirementsEnsure all areas meet presentation, cleanliness, HACCP, and WHS standardsManage supplier relationships, stock ordering, goods receipting, and equipment maintenanceEnsure all F&B concepts open and close on time and operate efficientlyMaintain compliance with local council food inspections and internal auditsLeadership & Team ManagementLead, coach, and develop supervisors and team membersEnsure all staff are trained in food safety, service standards, and safe work proceduresSupport performance management, training plans, and team engagement initiativesBe a visible role model for positive behaviour and customerfirst serviceAssist in achieving and exceeding F&B revenue budgetsComplete and analyse stocktakes, wastage, variance, COGS, and gross profitEnsure accurate cash handling, invoicing, petty cash, and inventory processesIdentify opportunities to maximise spend per head through upselling and product knowledgeSeek new revenue streams and continuous improvement opportunitiesCustomer ExperienceDeliver consistently high levels of customer service across all F&B offeringsRespond to customer feedback and resolve issues professionallyCreate a welcoming, fun, and engaging environment for guestsMonitor NPS results and implement improvements where requiredSales & Local Area MarketingExecute national and local promotions and POS plansSupport group bookings, events, and voucher salesPromote loyalty programs and membership growthCollaborate with management on local area marketing initiativesEvent Cinemas North Lakes, Westfield North Lakes, North Lakes, Queensland, Australia#J-18808-Ljbffr
