Reference: VAC-337579l_1768398618Posted: January 14, 2026We are working with a well established and growing Main Contractor who have a great company culture and ethos - the company genuinely value their staff and treat their employees well and as such have great staff retention rates.They have been awarded several new contracts and as a result, they are seeking Site Managers to join them on a permanent basis, all working within tenanted Social Housing properties, working on re-roofing and solar panel installation works in Liverpool.This is a great opportunity to join a well established Main Contractor who have a healthy pipeline of work and operate on a number of framework schemes.You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team.Monitoring the quality of workLiaising with the clientOrdering materialsWorking closely with the Tenant Liaison Officer and ensuring tenant satisfaction is maintainedExperience needed:SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes, particularly kitchens and bathrooms.
