You''ll keep our Traveltek inventory accurate, ensure promotions and pricing are competitive, and support smooth post-sale operations. Working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Sales, Suppliers/Cruise Lines, and After Sales, you''ll help deliver seamless cruise holidays to thousands of travellers.A day in the life:Coordinate and track group space, charter allocations, and cruise contractsLoad, maintain, and audit cruise inventory and pricing across systemsPackage and promote group and charter inventory with Product ManagersMonitor sales performance and run competitor pricing analysisFlag pricing, inventory, and promotional opportunities to improve conversionSupport promotional campaigns with accurate data and rate updatesManage cabin naming, allotments, cancellations, and deadlines with cruise linesProvide realtime support to Sales and After Sales teamsResolve inventory, booking, and postsale queries with internal teams and suppliersWho you are:Experience in retail or wholesale travel operations within the cruise industryCRM, inventory, or reservations system experience (or similar booking platforms)Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and business systemsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage large data volumesHighly organised, proactive, and strong timemanagement skillsClear, confident written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working independently and in crossfunctional teamsExperience analysing weekly sales and inventory performance (desirable)Exposure to pricing checks, competitor analysis, and promotional support (desirable)Ability to turn data insights into practical actions (desirable)What you''ll enjoy:Ongoing brain power-ups and skill sharpeningCatapult your career across a network of brands and businesses in an evolving industrySay no to full price!
