OverviewOur Opportunity Work Location: Cloudbreak mine site - Fortescue''s Cloudbreak mine is located on the traditional lands of the Palyku and Nyiyaparli peoples.Roster: 7D/7Off FIFO ex Perth.ResponsibilitiesCultivate and champion a safety-first culture, actively engaging with personnel to foster a Zero Harm environmentCarry out planned and routine fixed plant mechanical maintenance activitiesDiagnosing and fault findingUse in SAP to raise notifications, close out work orders, time confirmations, and cause codesWork closely with other departments to drive best outcome with operations and maintenanceInspection and maintenance of Multistage Bore Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps & Diesel Powered Pumps/GeneratorsQualifications And ExperienceDiesel trade/Mechanical Fitter background in either Light/ Heavy vehicle trade as majority of work is diesel powered gensets or pumpsRigging and dogman training, Franna crane ticket (desirable)Experience in a Dewatering Operations/Fitter Technician roleSelf-motivated and ability to work in a strong team environmentExhibit strong interpersonal skills and a track record of effectively collaborating stakeholders across different departmentsDemonstrated people leadership experienceExperience in computer based maintenance systems - SAP (desirable)About UsBe part of something big.
