As a member of Frazer Nash Consultancy, you will not only be part of a team that consistently delivers highquality technical outcomes, but also have the opportunity to collaborate with clients from concept, through to delivery and operations, where you will be integrally involved with planning and development of delivery strategies that provide best value for clients.Projects We Have Involved InProviding systems and safety engineering expertise for nationally significant Defence projects.Delivering systems engineering and safety assurance support for transport and infrastructure projects in Perth, Sydney, and Melbourne.Digitising systems engineering processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.Implementing machine learning and big data analytics to optimise the management of critical infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying and minimising technical risks to projects using proven Systems Engineering and Assurance approaches throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to commissioning.Leading Verification and Validation efforts program across the project, ensuring user needs are captured and met through design and related activities.Engagement and close coordination with project leadership and stakeholders, including Design, Construction, Software, Environmental, and Sustainability subject matter experts, to ensure technical compliance and support safety case submissions.Facilitating workshops to identify risks and controls to enhance Systems Safety, RAM, Human Factors implementation in design and delivery.Generation of technical management plans, systems architecture, configuration and change management processes, and supporting integration and interfacing with external projects and stakeholders.Qualifications and SkillsAustralian Citizenship and/or be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence security clearance (essential)Bachelor of Engineering / Science Degree.Experience within regulated industries / frameworks, for example; Defence, transport, nuclear, energy, pharmaceuticals (desirable)Systems engineering knowledge and experience (desirable)System safety and assurance experience (desirable)Professional body membership, for example Engineers Australia, INCOSE / SESA (highly regarded)Experienced in the application of systems engineering tools, for example DOORS, MBSE tools (highly regarded)Excellent communications, client management/stakeholder engagement (highly regarded).BenefitsA workplace culture certified as a "Great Place To Work"Flexible workingCompetitive salary (including annual reviews)Support in attaining professional membershipPaid parental leaveIncome protectionCorporate rewardsSalary packaging/Novated leasingEmployee stock purchase plansFlu shots, skin checks and discounted private health insuranceCareer development: Online learning, professional development and career pathways.Please note, visa application and financial relocation assistance will be provided to the successful candidates if required.Ready to make a difference?
