Our reputation for professionalism, delivery excellence and longterm client relationships has driven consistent growth across our operations.We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our WA Electrical team on a fulltime basis located in Bunbury. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of major electrical works within the construction spanning over 12 years.Key responsibilities include:Scheduling, managing and reporting progress of projects to ensure a highqualityitre productConducting workplace planning and resourcing in accordance with project timelinesOrganising and coordinating activity in conjunction with other trades, including subcontractorsSupervise all visitors, employee, suppliers and subcontractors entering project sitesCompleting take offs, supporting procurement of materials as required including production controlBe the first point of contact for sitebased issues and technical adviceBuild and maintain relationships with main contractor, employee and subcontractorsComplete and submit RFIs as requiredManaging deliver schedules and project materialsMonitoring completion of ITCs, ITPs and all QA documentationOversee day to day site electrical activitiesLead and conduct toolbox meeting and supervising field teamsConduct testing, inspections and commissioningAttend weekly design, client, siting meeting, including coordinating clash detection meetingsTo be successful in this role, you_LinkContents will have the following skills and experience:Demonstrated 5 plus years experience in a similar role with an electrical background within the construction industries with exposure to commercial, hospital or large infrastructure projects preferredMust have a WA electrical licence, white card and driver''s licenceStrong knowledge of AS/NZS 3000:2018Proven experience supervising electricians, apprentices and subcontractorsStrong organisational skills and a high attention to detailHigh level communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a teamStrong problemsolving skills and thensanability to manage competing prioritiesEfficient in Microsoft Office SuiteThis is not a FIFO roleWhat will be provided:CHARACTER> Highly competitive (inclusive of allowances): $64.59/hr + $3/hr site allowance + penaltiesNew dualcab ute with fuel cardSupportive team environment with genuine development opportunitiesWe''re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example and contributes to a strong team culture.
