Do you thrive in a role that combines administration, client service, and exposure to residential construction?We''re looking for a Client Experience Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in guiding clients through their new home journey from contract signing through to completion.Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is central to supporting our Sales Team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with construction teams, and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients during the build process. Your work will directly contribute to smoother sales processes, stronger client relationships, and successful project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & AdministrationProvide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales TeamPrepare, process, and manage sales contracts and related documentationAssist with colour selections, variations, and client documentationMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM and construction systemsCommunicate with clients to provide updates, answer queries, and ensure a positive experienceConstruction Liaison & SupportConduct routine on-site construction inspections to monitor build progressUse the Onsite Companion construction management system to track progress and updatesLiaise with Sales and Construction teams to ensure clear communicationSupport documentation, scheduling, reporting, and home handover processesCoordinate with the QA Build team regarding defect recording and managementClient Experience ManagementAct as a key client contact during the construction phaseEnsure consistent, transparent, and professional communicationSupport continuous improvement of client communication processes and materialsOur ideal candidate hasStrong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent communication and rapport-building abilitiesConfidence using digital systems and learning new softwareA solutions-focused mindset and ability to work autonomouslyProfessional presentation and a genuine commitment to customer serviceProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookIdeally, you''ll also haveExperience in sales support, administration, or client servicesExposure to property, construction, or residential building environments (preferred but not essential)An interest in learning residential construction processesWhat we offerBeing a crucial part of a team that values your feedback, contributions, and supports your growth and developmentCompetitive salary in a permanent full-time roleA company experiencing massive growth and opportunities for the teamFlare Retail discounts, Fitness Passport subsidised, and corporate uniform allowanceAbout usGemLife is one of Australia''s fastest-growing developers of luxury over50s residential resorts.
