Our experienced team of fertility specialists takes the time to understand each patient''s unique journey, providing compassionate, individualised care to help grow dream families.Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a full-time Clinic Manager to lead our Fertility First clinic in Hurstville. In this role, you''ll be instrumental in shaping the clinic''s growth and successdriving marketing initiatives to attract and engage patients, building strong relationships with our doctors, and championing a seamless patient experience from first enquiry to treatment.You''ll provide leadership and support to our Nursing, Embryology, Administration and Reception teams, fostering a positive, collaborative culture where everyone thrives.ResponsibilitiesBuilding an engaged, high-performing team cultureOverseeing communication and day-to-day operations across the clinicLeading patient attraction and engagement strategiesDeveloping and maintaining strong doctor relationshipsIdentifying opportunities to enhance the patient journeyManaging escalated concerns with professionalism and careNo two days are the same in this varied and rewarding role.QualificationsWe are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager for this role, ideally with experience within the Fertility industry. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build a strong culture, solid operations experience with the capability to work broadly across the clinic and a strong commercial acumen. As the Clinic Manager you will play a critical role in the growth of the clinic, nurturing doctor relationships and ensuring the continuous delivery of an exceptional patient experience - we are seeking someone who has delivered all these things before and is ready for a new challenge!Additional InformationOur staff tell us it is the people they work with that makes them stay.
