With venues spanning aquatics, fitness, recreation and community programs.About the JobThe Business Intelligence Analyst (Health & Fitness) will play a strategic role in streamlining insights delivery across Belgravia Health & Fitness brands (Genesis Health + Fitness, Ninja Parc, Jump Swim Schools, Belgravia Kids Swim).Moving beyond descriptive reporting, this role will leverage AI and advanced analytics for predictive and diagnostic insights that directly influence capacity management and operational efficiency. It involves utilising AI-enabled features in tools like Power BI and applying Generative AI responsibly to accelerate technical work within a Microsoft stack (e.g., faster DAX/SQL generation).Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders to define KPIs and reporting requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications for dashboards and analytics.Data Preparation & Modelling: Design and implement ETL processes for structured and unstructured data. Apply data modelling principles for reporting, dashboards, and analytical use cases. Ensure data integrity and compliance with governance standards.Dashboard & Report Development: Build interactive, visually compelling dashboards in Power BI. Develop automated reporting processes to reduce manual effort.Advanced Analytics & AI: Apply statistical modelling and predictive analytics to support decision-making. Use AI-enabled features in BI tools and Generative AI for efficiency gains.Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse membership, sales, and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.Performance Optimisation: Tune Power BI datasets and reports for scalability and speed.Documentation & Governance: Maintain technical documentation for data models, processes, and reports. Support adherence to Belgravia''s data standards and security protocols. Manage user access, permissions, and maintain data security protocols within Power BI (using Low Level Security).Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to business users on BI tools and data best practices. Promote data literacy across the organisation.Key Skills & ToolsPower BI, Excel: Advanced skills in visualisation, data modelling, and analytics.SQL & Python: Proven capability for data extraction, transformation, and automation.ETL Design: Ability to design and manage extract, transform, load processes.Statistical Modelling: Strong foundation in predictive and diagnostic analytics.Data Governance: Familiarity with compliance standards and best practices.AI & Machine Learning: Exposure to AI-driven analytics and responsible use of Generative AI.Communication & Collaboration: Clear communicator with strong presentation skills and attention to detail focused.Preferred ExperienceSignificant experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields.Minimum 3-4 years in BI or data analytics roles, with proven experience in Power BI and SQL.Exposure to ERP systems (Business Central), CRM platforms, and marketing analytics tools preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
