From designing electronic security systems to working on new Defence capabilities and critical infrastructure, you''ll help shape secure, resilient environments for communities and clients in Queensland and beyond.Given the security requirements associated with our project work, eligibility is restricted to Australian citizens.Desired Skills & ExperienceBachelor''s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Communications Engineering (Cyber Security major), Computer Systems or Software Engineering, or Mechatronics EngineeringUnderstanding of electronic security systems such as CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter protection or integrated control systemsFamiliarity with software like AutoCAD/Revit, Visio, basic scripting or data analysis toolsCoursework or project experience in electronics, communications, networking, systems integration or control systemsExposure to industry through internships, research, volunteering or student engineering teamsAbility to interpret technical documentation and analytical dataStrong problemsolving, systemsthinking and attention to detailWhat will you get to do?As a Graduate Security Engineer, you''ll support the design and delivery of electronic security systems across a wide range of local, national and international projects. You''ll help develop concept and detailed designs, prepare drawings and technical documentation, assist with research and analysis, and contribute to project delivery activities.
