Global Pumps | Partnering with Procurement & Maintenance TeamsSituated adjacent to the Tonsley precinct, this growing organisation is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant with a strong background in pumps and pumping systems. In this role, you''ll leverage your industry knowledge to quote and sell tailored pump solutions whilst delivering exceptional customer service over the phone. Working closely with a small, efficient team and reporting to the Sales Manager, you''ll focus on building lasting relationships through proactive followups and resolving technical queries, assisting the wider sales team to help grow the business.Outbound phone calls following up warm leadsSupporting customers via phone and emailQualifying, submitting and following up quotes in a timely mannerResolving enquiries or issues promptly and professionallyAssisting the broader team and clients with technical support and general administrative tasksDriving your own knowledge of business productAbout YouYou bring solid experience from the pump industry, whether this is from a handson perspective in a workshop or service role, or you have a background in pump sales and solution delivery. Your technical understanding of pump systems and components equips you to confidently support customers and internal teams, even if you haven''t worked in a formal customer service role before.
