Join Wesbeam as a Graduate WHSE Administrator supporting workplace health and safety on a part-time, 12-month contract at the Neerabup plant.Your RoleHere''s what you will be doing:Allocating investigation actions and following up on outstanding actionsAssisting with safety audits, including the Permit to Work processScheduling and coordinating site visitor inductions and visitsCreating safety training material and resourcesMaintaining inventory control for safety stock itemsSupporting ad hoc safety-related projects as requiredCollaborating with a team of experienced safety professionals to ensure compliance and best practiceAbout YouThe company is looking for:Recent or imminent graduate in Occupational Health and Safety, or a related fieldStrong organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasksExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with safety management systems or processes (advantageous but not essential)Experience in Microsoft Office programsProof of Australian Working RightsCopy of academic transcript or qualificationsCurrent National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain at own costValid Drivers LicenceAbility to complete a comprehensive Pre-Employment Medical, including drug and alcohol screeningCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $60,000 $70,000 per year (pro-rata)Part-time role, approximately 16 hours per week12-month contractSupportive and safe workplace environmentTraining & DevelopmentOpportunity to gain hands-on experience in workplace health and safety while being mentored by experienced safety professionals.How to ApplySubmit your resume to the HR Department.
