You will design and deliver engaging programs that promote connection, wellbeing, and belonging, while also providing frontline support to students when they need it most.This handson, varied role combines:Event and program deliveryStudent wellbeing and supportCommunity buildingLeadership of casual event staffYou will work closely with the onsite Community Manager and wider Greystar teams to create a welcoming, supportive environment that students love calling home.What You Will Be DoingPlan and deliver a diverse calendar of events focused on wellbeing, social connection, education, and funManage events end to end, from ideas and budgeting to delivery and evaluationCapture event content for resident engagement and marketingBe a trusted and approachable presence for residentsRespond sensitively to wellbeing concerns, complaints, and incidentsLiaise with universities and external support services to connect students with the right helpBuild Strong PartnershipsManage relationships with local vendors, suppliers, and community partnersCreate partnerships that add value through discounts, collaborations, and experiencesLead and Support Casual TeamsTrain, schedule, and support casual event staffEnsure events are well staffed across evenings and weekendsSupport Operations and EngagementAssist with front desk queries and resident communicationsContribute to retention, engagement, and community satisfactionAbout YouThis role suits someone early to midcareer who is ready to step into a role with ownership, responsibility, and real impact.You Will BringExperience in events, student engagement, community programs, hospitality, social work, or wellbeingfocused rolesStrong communication skills and confidence engaging with diverse groupsA warm, empathetic approach with the ability to manage sensitive situationsStrong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesAdaptable and techsavvy, comfortable using scheduling tools, CRM/EDM systems, and platforms like StarRezRequirementsMust be eligible for a National Criminal History Check and Working With Children Check.Flexibility to work evenings or weekends to support events and resident activities as required.You do not need to meet every requirement.
