With 175+ restaurants (and growing!), our purpose-driven approach includes supporting local communities, pioneering sustainability, and donating tens of thousands of burgers to those in need.As we head into our busiest season of the year, we''re on the lookout for a high-energy recruiter or candidate resourcer to help us deliver a top-tier Team Member recruitment experience across the country.About the RoleThis is a fast-paced, 5-month contract ideal for someone with a high-volume recruitment or resourcing background, ideally from retail, hospitality, or agency environments.You''ll be part of a close-knit Talent Team, jumping into seasonal Team Member recruitment and supporting a high-volume hiring campaign across multiple states.
