An innovative, customer-focused builder with a proven history of delivering high-quality projects across a wide range of clients.With expertise spanning multi-residential, medium-density residential, and commercial sectors, the business has earned an impeccable reputation among clients, consultants, and subcontractors for its down-to-earth, relationship-driven, and logical approach to construction.With a key project now secured on the Sunshine Coast, we''re seeking a Junior Contract Administrator to join the team and help deliver this iconic developmentThe RoleClient relationship is paramount.Detailed procurement, drafting scopes, contract reviews.Assist with procurement process and negotiation of commercial terms with project stakeholders.Administrate projects within time and budget constraints.Assist with managing programme, and budget with the site team.Ensure compliance with Building Approval and Development Approval conditions.Develop budget schedules, monitor and report during the construction and maintenance periods.Identify, assess, allocate and manage risks throughout each stage of the build.High level of leadership and communication skills.The PersonTertiary qualifications in Construction Management and/or Quantity Surveying is desirable2+ years'' experience as a Contracts Administrator/Cadet on commercial and multi-residential building construction projects $15m+Design and construct experienceA clear and concise understanding of Australian Standard building contracts and their administrationDemonstrated experience in contracts administration including preparing the subcontracts accounts, financial control and reporting of the projectA proven ability to work within defined quality assurance proceduresThe PackageImmediate interview & startA leadership role on a key project with a financially secure businessA pipeline that is managed and controlled to allow project teams to stick togetherDirect engagement and partnership with the Directors & Project ManagerRegular social events and team building activitiesInterested?Ready to take the next step in your CA career on a landmark project?
