In this TGO1 role, you''ll support efficient and high-quality Anatomical Pathology and Cytology services, contributing to specimen preparation, processing, staining, and laboratory maintenance. You''ll work across a range of laboratories and mortuary services, applying technical expertise to ensure accurate testing, timely reporting, and adherence to quality standards.In addition to hands-on specimen work including embedding, sectioning, frozen sections, immunohistochemical and cytological techniques you''ll assist with equipment operation, calibration, and maintenance, while supporting quality control and accreditation processes. You''ll contribute to workflow efficiency, specimen management, courier duties, and training of staff, while liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
