They will ensure clinical practice complies with relevant standards and legislation. Responsibilities include developing educational frameworks, policies, and procedures for Coronary Care, delivering educational content, and supporting ongoing mandatory education within the facility.To succeed, you will have:Current AHPRA registrationMinimum 5 years of Coronary Care nursing experienceKnowledge of adult teaching and learning principlesAbility to plan, implement, and evaluate clinical education programsExperience promoting and monitoring quality improvement in nursing educationRelevant tertiary qualifications in education/teaching or working towards themMinimum Cert IV Training and Assessment or working towards itExperience in policy and procedure developmentKnowledge of ACHS accreditation and legislative requirementsWho are weLingard Private Hospital, located centrally near The Junction and Merewether Beach, is Newcastle''s largest private hospital offering comprehensive surgical and medical services with state-of-the-art facilities.We employ the best medical specialists and staff, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and respect.
