Here''s how you''ll do it:ResponsibilitiesAssess the auditory problems of non-complex adult clients in accordance with established Australian Hearing practice methods and standardsProvide appropriate rehabilitative support including fitting hearing aids, assistive listening devices, personal amplification devices, accessories and/or communication strategies as appropriateRefer clients to other professionals or seek guidance from more senior audiologists where neededParticipate in providing services at visiting sites and home visitsLiaise with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) representatives, other allied health & support agencies and families/carers to ensure best practice and outcomes for each clientUndertake marketing/public relations activities in the community as requiredProvide excellent customer service, manage client load and meet revenue targetsWhat You''ll BringWe believe the successful candidate will thrive in a client-centred environment where they can provide exceptional and friendly service in conjunction with managing complex medical administration.
