We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven person to join our team in a role that is all about helping Australians celebrate the sounds they love!This role will be based in our Liverpool and/or Campbelltown Hearing Centres, and will also require travel to our Narellan and Bowral Hearing Centres and surrounding areas.ResponsibilitiesCommunity Hearing Advisors organise and lead promotional opportunities that include conducting hearing checks at screening events and proactively managing key stakeholders / referrers within their territory.Working alongside the local Hearing Centre and Sales teams, you''ll enjoy a variety of activities including attracting new clients to Hearing Australia through running successful events, leveraging national campaigns, conducting outbound call campaigns, and building strong relationships with stakeholders & referrers such as GP practices, retail pharmacies, retirement villages and community groups.The key responsibilities of this role are:Planning and conducting stakeholder screening eventsBuilding brand awareness through local GP practices, Community Groups, Aged Care facilities, Pharmacies, and other local health providers to enhance awareness of, and referrals to, the services provided by Hearing Australia.Some of our Hearing Centres open on Saturdays availability for occasional Saturday work either in-Centre or at community events may be required.Qualifications and AttributesHave a sales and marketing background in the healthcare industry (highly desirable but not essential)Be a Team Player as you will be working with many different teams throughout Hearing AustraliaPossess strong organisational and computer skills, and the ability to multitaskExperience with customer relationship management software preferredExperience with planning events to exceed targetsExcellent people skills, a passion for exceptional customer service and the ability to develop and maintain mutually rewarding relationships with our clients and stakeholdersStrong presentation and communication skills across a broad range of stakeholder groupsA positive attitude towards learning new tasks and adapting to changeA current driver licence and own reliable vehicleBenefitsCompetitive base salary plus 15.4% superannuationKPI-based Performance rewardFlexible work arrangement opportunities to support work, personal and family commitmentsEmployee recognition awards programPaid parental leaveHearing aid discounts for employees and family membersAttractive employee benefits (salary sacrifice superannuation, HCF private health cover discount, well-being programs, salary packaging, discounts across an exciting range of retailers)Annual flu vaccinationLet''s create the gold standard of hearing care.
