We are looking for an Investment Analyst to join the Portfolio Construction and Risk team. This role contributes to multi-asset risk analysis and risk attribution activities, as well as long-term and medium-term asset allocation process and strategy implementation. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive risk models and dashboards.Support strategic and medium-term asset allocation reviews.Conduct portfolio scenario and risk attribution analysis.Implement asset allocation changes and enhance portfolio modeling capabilities.Contribute to investment reporting and stakeholder communications, including developing customised risk dashboards to convey qualitative and quantitative risk settings for each investment option.Participate in long-term strategic asset allocation reviews and help set asset class strategies.Support analysis of potential medium-term and dynamic asset allocation opportunities and portfolio risks, collaborating with the broader investment team.About You / QualificationsUndergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Econometrics, or Actuarial Science.Strong quantitative skills with experience in portfolio construction and risk modeling.Knowledge of risk systems such as BarraOne and FactSet is essential.Programming capabilities in VBA, Python, R, or Matlab.Solid understanding of global financial markets and asset classes.Previous experience in investment analysis within banking, super funds, or fund management.A post graduate qualification and experience with investment databases and compliance frameworks are advantageous.BenefitsLeave for moments that matter, including additional leave options and parental/ceremonial leave provisions.Professional development: up to $5k per year, up to 8 days professional development leave, HESTA scholarships, and access to premium learning tools.Health and wellbeing: free annual flu shots, skin checks, social events, and an employee assistance program available 24/7.Financial wellbeing: up to 15% super, financial planning support, end-of-year payments for eligible employees, incentivised Employee Referral Program, and novated lease options.We celebrate, value and include people of all backgrounds and identities.
