About the RoleReporting to the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor, you will assist with the day-to-day operation of our warehouse and support the movement of materials between suppliers, the warehouse, and our installation teams. You''ll play a key role in keeping stock organised, orders moving, and jobs running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse OperationsReceive, check, and store incoming deliveriesPick, pack, label, and dispatch materials accuratelyMaintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environmentAssist with stock counts and inventory controlOperate a forklift (training provided if required)Dispose of waste materials correctly and safelyLogistics & CoordinationAssist with coordinating couriers and freight deliveriesPrepare materials for installers to ensure on-time job completionCollect materials from local suppliers as requiredSupport basic scheduling and tracking of deliveriesHelp ensure materials are available when and where they''re neededCommunicate clearly with internal teams regarding stock availabilityHealth & SafetyFollow all workplace health and safety proceduresUse PPE correctly at all timesReport hazards or unsafe conditions to your supervisorParticipate in safety training and toolbox talksAbout YouThis role is entry-level, so attitude and reliability matter more than experience.You will ideally have:A strong work ethic and willingness to learnGood organisation and time management skillsThe ability to work well in a team and independentlyBasic computer skillsA current driver''s licenseForklift licences and White Card (or willingness to obtain support provided)Candidates must possess moderate physical fitness to safely perform manual handling tasks required in the warehouse environmentAbility to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment due to the physical nature of the roleWhat We OfferFull-time, stable employment with competitive payEntrylevel opportunity with training and developmentCompanyprovided uniform, PPE, and required trainingSupportive team culture where your contributions are valuedWorklife balance: Regular hours (8:00 AM 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday)LocationThis role is based full-time at our warehouse and workshop in St Marys, South Australia, with local travel to suppliers as required.You must hold a valid driver''s license and be willing to obtain the required work clearances for this sector, including NDIS, Aged Care, Police Clearance, and White Card. HiLine will cover the cost of these required clearances.You must have full working rights in Australia.
