As an independent and privately owned company, we believe we can go further together for our people, customers, communities and partners through an innovative approach to providing insurance.Our state-of-the-art facilities in North Sydney reflect our commitment to providing innovative workspaces that support hybrid and remote work.About the RoleReporting to the BA Practice Manager, you''ll work with high autonomy as part of a multi-disciplinary Technology team, collaborating with business units, Cyber Security, infrastructure teams, and vendors to analyse requirements, design identity governance solutions, and ensure successful delivery.Your duties and responsibilitiesAnalyse and document technical requirements for identity governance initiatives.Conduct impact assessments (Enterprise, Business, Risk & Controls) for identity changes.Develop technical specifications for SailPoint configurations, workflows, and integrations.Define Azure AD strategies, conditional access policies, and RBAC frameworks.Facilitate workshops with Cyber Security, IT Operations, Application teams, and business stakeholders.Develop training materials, user guides, and knowledge base articles.Actively contribute to BA Practice initiatives and knowledge sharing.About YouBachelor''s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent industry experience), CBAP or PMI-PBA.Deep experience as a Technical Business Analyst in IAM or security-related projects.Strong understanding of SailPoint SaaS and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including groups, roles, conditional access, and enterprise app integration.Knowledge of identity lifecycle processes, access certification, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and entitlement management.Familiarity with API integrations, SCIM protocols, directory services, and security principles.Strong proficiency with documentation and professional writing.Experience with Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint.Understanding of APRA and General Insurance Code of Practice regulatory requirements.Working at HollardAt Hollard, you''ll discover an environment where you can truly make an impact.
