We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive Customer Service professional to join our team in a newly created role. As a leader in Australian manufacturing and packing services, Probiotec provides innovative healthcare products that improve the lives and well-being of our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Procurement & Project Manager, this role will be responsible for:Entering and managing customer orders accurately and in a timely mannerManaging orders and coordinating bulk deliveriesPreparing and maintaining customer open order reportsManaging customer forecasts and ensuring alignment with production and supply planningUpdating and maintaining packaging purchase order (PO) sheetsMaintaining accurate customer lists and master dataManaging QA hold reports, including follow-up and invoicing where applicableResponding to customer push-out and pull-forward requests, coordinating internally to confirm feasibilityAttending and supporting customer meetings, including preparation of data and follow-up actionsActing as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communicationManaging obsoletion requests and change control processes in line with internal proceduresUpdating customer and site pricing as required, ensuring accuracy and appropriate approvalsManaging stock, including preparation of monthly stock on hand (SOH) reportsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracyThe ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentConfident communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with customersStrong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders across operations#J-18808-Ljbffr
