Venesection and the handling of blood products is common.We are looking for a vibrant, front-facing medical administrator / nurse to become a core part of our growing team. This is not a static desk role it''s an evolving, hands-on position where you''ll help shape how a next-generation medical program operates.RoleThis is a hybrid medical administration and clinical support role, including:Front-of-house reception and patient coordinationMedical administration and scheduling across multiple clinic locationsAssisting with blood collection (standard pathology + epigenomic testing)Supporting the rollout and operation of an IV therapy program (vitamins, peptides, longevity therapies)Clinical assistance within a sports injury and performance medicine settingLiaison with clinicians, laboratories, and external providersHelping build and refine systems as the clinic scalesYou''ll be trusted to work autonomously, think critically, and contribute ideas not just follow scripts.Who We''re Looking ForWe care more about energy, attitude, and communication skills than a perfect CV.You might be:A registered nurse (EN or RN) looking for something more dynamic than hospital workA medical administrator with strong clinical exposureSomeone early in their career who wants to grow fastYou are:Warm, confident, articulate, and genuinely enjoy dealing with peopleHighly organised and calm under pressureCurious, motivated, and excited by innovation in medicineComfortable taking initiative and responsibilityExperience with injectables or IV therapy is an advantage, but not essential.
