This role will also support the development of Luxury Escapes as a strong and trusted brand by generating exciting and appealing partner campaigns.You Will Be Responsible ForNegotiate and sign sales & marketing campaigns with hotels and resorts in the domestic Australian market that are relevant to the Luxury Escapes brandDeliver and maintain a strong pipeline of campaigns on your designated regions, consisting of new and preexisting partnersAchieve a minimum revenue target per quarterAchieve a minimum number of signed campaigns per quarterDevelop and deliver a market plan linked back to your revenue and signings target which identifies all prospective partner opportunitiesInitiate and maintain a high level of contact with a minimum number of hotel and resort partners on a weekly basis with all activity to be recorded in the companies CRM systemWork closely with Marketing, Customer Service and the operations teams to ensure all campaigns are successful and accurately communicated.QualificationsA genuine passion for all things travel.Previous experience of developing and delivering a sales strategy focused on attracting new suppliers, and retaining existing hotels, resorts, airlines and other travel related partners.Proactive growth of relationships with suppliers and ability to clearly show the advantages of partnering with Luxury Escapes.A strong capacity for deal making and entrepreneurial flair!Ability to work with a diverse range of internal stakeholders that have a "deliver brilliantly" and "get it done" mentality.A commercially minded salesperson with a reputation of delivering strong results for their partners.Understands the importance of reporting and accurate record keeping.What''s in it for you?Firstclass health and wellbeing program, including an onsite gym, yoga, and meditation, with breakfast and catered lunch provided five days a week, plus an exceptional Employee Assistance Program.Fun and flexible working environment Friday afternoon onsite gatherings (wine included!) and monthly celebrations.Opportunity to experience the travel we sell through famils.A fun, dynamic environment with a collaborative team.Generous staff discount and birthday leave!If you''re interested in the role but don''t check every box, apply anyway, we''d love to hear from you!We embrace diversity in our people and make hiring decisions based on your experiences and skills.
